Aloft Abu Dhabi introduces wireless stereo to in-room entertainment centre

The hub enables guests to play media from their portable electronics through the in-room TV, including a wireless audio interface for streaming and controlling their music from an iPod or MP3-playing smartphone from anywhere in the room.
 
Aloft’s entertainment centre integrates the MediaHub HD connectivity panel with a 42” LG HDTV and KoolConnect HDVOD & Interactive System for what is thought to be the most technologically advanced entertainment system in the Middle East.

The panel’s audio and video connection points give guests a hassle-free way to connect their digital camera, laptop, iPod or even game console to the in-room TV.
 
In addition to a smart plug & play interface, the MediaHub HD converts the LG HDTV into a wireless stereo.

Aloft chose the TeleAdapt MediaHub HD as a future-proofing investment. General Manager Stephan Vanden Auweele said: “More and more devices are going wireless. Our hotel is above the curve with a wireless music option in our in-room entertainment.”
