RIEO Communications makes connections in the States

RIEO Communications, provider of high-speed internet access (HSIA) to the hospitality industry, has completed its first installation in America at the Firmdale Crosby Street Hotel.
Each of the 86 guestrooms and suites at the hotel features RIEO Communications wired and wireless HSIA solution, with a hardware platform from Lorica to deploy the solution.
The rooms were supplied with a fibre link to enable the hotel to supply a number of different services over its infrastructure, such as telephone, TV, internet access and energy management.
Mark Rupert Read, Group IT Manager for Crosby Street Hotel comments: “The HSIA solution installed by RIEO Communications has been of real benefit to the hotel and we have been delighted with the results.”
Situated in the heart of New York’s Soho neighbourhood, Crosby Street Hotel has been designed in a fresh and contemporary style by interior designer and owner Kit Kemp.
