Second Flos-Moroso showroom opens in London

Based on architect and designer Patricia Urquiola’s concept, the 600m² showroom on two floors witnesses an important understanding between Flos and Moroso creating a synergy between furniture and light.

The neutral environment consists of wooden floors, metal grids, dividing glass elements, walls and displays, against a white backdrop. The room and three galleries of the basement display the ‘Moros Rooms’ concepts and the ‘Flos Cubo’ wireless light control system.

The opening of the new premises is aimed at strengthening the Italian brands’ presence in key markets. “After the showroom successfully opened in Amsterdam together with Flos in 2008, it’s been a natural thing for us renewing and sharing with them this new experience,” explain Roberto Moroso, Managing Director, and Alberto Gortani, General Director of Moroso, “also because a nice sofa always goes together with a nice lamp!”
