Chelsfield Partners and EAD have sold the former Pavilion Cinema on Shepherd's Bush Green, London to Kosmopolito Hotels International, for development as a new upscale hotel.
The property has consent for development, behind the listed facade, as a full service hotel.
Situated close to the Westfield Shopping Centre, the new hotel will be an exciting addition to this dynamic and developing area of London.
Kosmopolito Hotels is a subsidiary of Far East Consortium International, a conglomerate listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange with activities in real estate, hospitality and car parks. Kosmopolito Hotels currently operate 17 hotels across Asia; in Singapore, Malaysia, Johor, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Chengdu and Wuhan.
The group owns and manages four brands in different market segments – upscale Kosmopolito brand, Boutique Series by Kosmopolito, four-star business hotel Dorsett Regency and good value hotel Silka.
The Pavilion in Shepherd’s Bush will be Kosmopolito’s first hotel in London.
HVS Hodges Ward Elliott and Savills acted as selling agents for Chelsfield and EAD.
