The hotel is part of the Symphony Centre, an adjacent luxury boutique shopping mall, developed by Altijira's Commercial Real Estate Company.  The interior concept has been designed by Rosita Missoni and Matteo Thun, and implemented by Glasgow-based Graven Images.  Architects for the project are Dino Georgiou & Partners.

Arranged over the eighteen floors of the property, guests will discover iconic pieces of design, some of which Rosita Missoni has in her home, such as Hans J Wegner’s Wishbone Chair. The oversize trademark Hotel Missoni urns adorn the entrance and are decorated in the colour scheme of gold, turquoise and beige of the individual property.
 
Hotel Missoni Kuwait will also feature a Six Senses Spa, located adjacent to the hotel’s outdoor pool, tiled in the signature Missoni stripe and will enjoy views overlooking the Arabian Gulf.
 
Other features include a Hotel Missoni ‘Dry Bar,’ and a 'Cucina' Italian Restaurant offering seasonal and authentic Italian family cooking.
