South Korean developer opens Lotte Hotel Moscow

Construction works have been completed for the Lotte Hotel Moscow, developed by South Korea based Lotte Group with interiors by HBA / Hirsch Bedner Associates and Wilson Associates.
The hotel is located in the center of Moscow, in Novinskiy Boulevard, and is one of the area's first hotels.
Lotte Hotel Moscow offers the guests 266 rooms and 38 suites designed by Hirsch Bedner Associates and Wilson & Associates. Standard rooms are a minimum 42 sqm.
Each room is equipped with a horizontal safe, mini bar and a special touchscreen with management functions for lightning, temperature, TV and radio. This touchscreen also works as hotel navigator, shows weather forecasts, regional and metro maps, ensures prompt connection with hotel staff and a Do Not Disturb sign.
The hotel’s highlight is a 490 sqm Royal Suite consisting of 13 rooms divided into two groups: public and private.
In terms of leisure and entertainment facilities, Lotte Hotel Moscow also sticks to the principle of uniting best international brands respected for their highest quality.

For the first time in Moscow, Lotte Hotel will feature the opening of Les Menus restaurant by a three Michelin star chef – Pierre Gagnaire. The uniqueness of the cuisine is based on a blend of recipes classic to the region of the restaurant location and innovative techniques created by the French master.
Japanese cuisine is presented by a Moscow outpost of New York's MEGU.
The hotel also features a Mandara Spa,a fitness center and a 20m long swimming pool.
Business faciltiiies include a business center and Club Floor as well as six banquet and conference halls to a variety of events.
At a ceremony to mark the completion of construction works, Mr Shin Dong Bin, Vice Chairman of Lotte Group, announced the company’s strategic plans to launch five or six further hotels in Russia.
