The Bath Priory Hotel, Restaurant & Spa has reopened following a six week refurbishment.
Executive Chef Michael Caines MBE will be heading the kitchen team as appointed by proprietors Andrew and Christina Brownsword last year.
As well as a completely refurbished kitchen area, the restaurant itself will be subject to changes in July, with one of the areas to be converted into a more informal lounge and bar area. Here, guests can enjoy a ‘Grazing Menu’, consisting of smaller versions of Michael’s à la carte dishes. The new ‘Grazing Menu’ will be available from the beginning of April.
A total
refurbishment of the hotel’s spa is due for completion in the summer of 2009.
Michael Caines is also business partner with Andrew Brownsword in Abode Hotels.
