Ayã Resort, a Mediterranean sanctuary inspired by island rhythm, is set to open as part of the new All&More collection.
Perched above the pristine sands of Ayia Thekla Beach on the Southeastern coast of Cyprus, the adults-only resort features 48 suites, ranging from expansive overwater bungalows to garden suites with private plunge pools, many offering direct access to the 3,000 m² main pool at the heart of the resort.
With architecture by M+N Mita & Associates and interiors by AT Design Studio – both renowned local firms – the project blends Mykonian and Indonesian influences with natural tones, textured materials and clean lines. On-site culinary offerings include Mãnna Restaurant, serving local flavours and seasonal produce, and a poolside Sushi Bar serving fresh creations and signature cocktails.
At the heart of the resort is the Ayã pool, surrounded by lush tropical gardens dotted with palm trees and macramé umbrellas. Designed to capture the spirit of Mediterranean summers, the pool will blend laid-back daytime energy with sunset sessions and vibrant evening events with a world-class DJ line-up and curated poolside programming throughout the 2026 season.
