Ora Hospitality – the design-driven hospitality arm of global real estate leader Ora Developers – has announced the launch of a new ultra-luxury hospitality and lifestyle brand, with a flagship property scheduled to open on Mykonos in May 2027.
The yet-to-be-named brand aims to bring a fresh approach to ultra-luxury hospitality, balancing exploration and discovery with moments of tranquillity, escape and renewal.
Across its future portfolio, each property will weave art, architecture, music, wellness and local gastronomy into a distinctive guest experience, defined by intuitive, personal service.

With an experience-led approach, the brand will also partner with leading global names across wellness, F&B and lifestyle to create elevated experiences that feel connected to each destination.
Set on an elevated hillside rising above Kalo Livadi Bay, the brand’s debut €100 million resort on Mykonos will occupy a largely undeveloped stretch of prime coastline, offering uninterrupted views across the Aegean Sea. The property will feature 93 keys, comprising 60 rooms, 28 suites and five exclusive villas, arranged village-style with sea views and private outdoor spaces.
Designed by Rockwell Group, the resort will blend contemporary luxury with nature through seamless indoor-outdoor spaces, and feature four restaurants and bars, event space for 200 guests and a 900m2 wellness centre.

Founder Naguib Sawiris is personally guiding every aspect of the project’s design and concept. His connection to Mykonos is deeply personal, shaped by decades of memories on the island and by returning year after year with his family. From curating custom playlists to sourcing artwork from local artists, his hands-on approach ensures the resort feels deeply connected to the island while introducing a completely original hospitality vision.
Ora’s Hospitality’s goal is to showcase the more refined, quieter side of Mykonos, offering a place of understated luxury where guests can slow down, connect and experience the island in a more meaningful way.

“My connection to Mykonos is personal, rooted in decades of special memories, and I wanted to create a resort that leaves a positive mark on the island,” comments Naguib Sawiris. “This will not be just another ultra-luxury hotel, but one of the most beautiful and elegant destinations in the Mediterranean, defined by its distinctive character and a seamless fusion of space, architecture, art and service. Rather than choosing an international brand, I brought my own vision of hospitality to life – I wanted to create a brand that makes people feel true happiness. A place where every experience feels personal, where people come together and create memories that stay with them. Mykonos has something very rare: beautiful weather, an incredible sea, spectacular views, and a unique energy. It is a place where you can relax, have fun, celebrate, and feel completely free. There are very few destinations in the world that can offer all of this together.”
Backed by a growing global pipeline, Ora Hospitality will maintain a deliberately selective approach to expansion, focusing on exceptional destinations where it can create long-term, meaningful businesses that deliver lasting value for guests, partners, and local communities alike.
