New Novotel at Schiphol Airport

The 314-room construction, designed by Mulderblauw Architects will focus on sustainability and will be located just four minutes from the Schiphol Airport terminals.
The construction and development of a new hotel will signify a change for TVHG, who have previously solely converted hotels. They have a further nine properties planned over the next three years.
Bart van der Kamp, CEO of The Vincent Hotel Group says: “I very much believe that together with Accor Hotels we will make this hotel a great success.”
Colliers International represented TVHG on the acquisition of the land and advised the financing of the development of the deal, worth approximately €50m. The construction will start in October 2013 and take approximately 14 months.
