Como Hotels & Resorts has announced the completion of extensive renovations at Como Parrot Cay, a private resort on the Caribbean island of Turks and Caicos.

Set amongst 1,000 acres, Como Parrot Cay has undergone guestroom updates including marble bathrooms with walk-in showers, wooden flooring, and calming colour palettes that embrace the spirit of the region.

As part of the programme, Como Parrot Cay has expanded its F&B offering with the opening of Lotus, a poolside restaurant serving Caribbean-influenced cuisine alongside Thai and Japanese dishes. The resort’s bar, Como Beach Club, will become the new heart of the hotel, featuring international mixologists and classic Caribbean cocktails with views of the surrounding turquoise sea.

Como’s sister brand in wellness, Como Shambhala, has also extended its current wellness facility with the addition of a new Asian-inspired fitness retreat, featuring Life Fitness equipment, a steam room, sauna and lap pool.

The renovation programme follows the completion of The Residence, one of Como Parrot Cay’s 12 estates, and the debut of Love Pumpkin, an oceanfront residence opened in 2016.
