Stepevi has launched the new collaborative range titled Moonlight with interior designer Juan Montoya, to be launched at January’s Maison & Objet.

Inspired by the night sky, the collection features four designs crafted from wool and high-quality viscose. Providing a contemporary twist on traditional antique carpets, Montoya’s design suitably draws influence from constellations, planets and cosmic analogy.

He comments: “The fascination of the starry sky in the countryside was my inspiration for this carpet collection. The moon, was the driving force with its asymmetrical form and scintillating expression. It always intrigued me and continually put my imagination in a cosmic state.”
