Vescom launches upholstery fabrics
Wallcovering specialist Vescom has launched six new upholstery fabrics, each suitable for contract use and with high abrasion resistance.
Lamu and Wolin, available in 30 and 47 colours respectively, are both wool mélanges with a soft, natural look. Lamu is the coarser version while Wolin is finer. Both have a width of 150cm and can be used as panels to soften interiors. Fuga, meanwhile, is a vintage chenille available in 26 warm colours, whilst Deans is a double-faced fabric suited towards combination use, and is available in 15 shades.
The established Hestan and Samar ranges have also been significantly expanded, with Hestan now offering 30 colours as opposed to 16, and Samar widened to offer 51 colours. Their designs have also been recoloured, with attention paid to natural hues and pastels.
