Oriental Weavers Hospitality has unveiled Eshta, the latest in a series of in-house carpet designs for Axminster, hand-tufted, printed carpets and fabrics, inspired by a commissioned art piece from Egyptian painter Deena Fadel.

Combining expressive textural marks and rich layers of authentic colour Eshta channels ideas of cultural collaboration and sensitivity, whilst the incorporation of gold and metal accenting hues nods to a more traditional approach against Fadel’s contemporary aesthetics.

Comprising patterns both geometric and abstract with a focus on saturated tones, Eshta can be viewed in full here.
