Avani announces two openings in Australia
With two properties already in Australia, Avani Hotels & Resorts has announced it will open a further two in the country later this year.
Set to open first in October, Avani Adelaide Residences will comprise 76 guestrooms, a pool, cinema, library, gym, steam room, sauna and golf simulator. The hotel will lie in the heart of Adelaide, just a stone’s throw from shopping destinations, cafés, markets, galleries and museums.
Melbourne Box Hill Residences, scheduled to land in Q4 of 2019, sits within the Box Hill region, known as a commercial and academic hub. The property will offer a mix of 75 one- and two-bedroom suites, a heated infinity pool, sauna and rooftop amenities. It also has efficient links into the city and airport, with a mix of dining and shopping choices on its doorstep.
Avani currently has 15 new hotels in its pipeline, including signings in Malaysia, the UAE and Myanmar.
