With Raffles London at The OWO (Old War Office) set to begin welcoming guests from October 2023, EPR Architects has shared insight into the design and restoration of the long-awaited opening.
Located in the heart of Whitehall, the building – which served as Winston Churchill’s base during the Second World War and is said to be the birthplace of Ian Fleming’s James Bond – is in the midst of a meticulous restoration to become a new London landmark.
