Stonehill Taylor Clubhouse

Stonehill Taylor designs Hollywood Regency-inspired clubhouse

Stonehill Taylor has completed the renovation of The Seagate’s clubhouse, drawing inspiration from Hollywood Regency to do so.

The design pays homage to a 1970s Palm Beach aesthetic, celebrating the bold eclecticism found in the area, as well as its affluent lifestyles and the vibrant social scene that defined the era.

At the heart of the renovation lies a curated art collection, featuring abstract paintings and stylish photographs of Palm Beach by artist Slim Aarons. Each piece adds visual allure to the space, whilst also weaving in the club’s rich history.

In line with the glamorous social gatherings the city is known for, each space is a canvas for bold design choices, featuring plush tufted couches, bespoke plasterwork and blackened metal accents. The color palette meanwhile showcases warm greens and whites, evoking a feel of sun-drenched afternoons and balmy evenings.
