Decorex to showcase over 100 new exhibitors at Syon Park

Featuring more than 350 leading British and international luxury design brands, Decorex 2014 will include over 100 new exhibitors, adding to the mix of new talent and established names.

Newcomers to the show include Liberty Art Fabrics Interiors, Eley Kishimoto, Maya Romanoff, Interior ID and Scapa House. While Liberty’s signature style of combining print and colour is at the heart of its three new ranges, specialists in contemporary door handles, Haute Deco, will present new textures and collection including Bark, Crocodile and Leather, available in a variety of finishes including nickel, antique and gold bronze.

From established brands, the likes of William Yeoward, Fromental, Zoffany and Julian Chichester will be taking centre stage. SCP, the manufacturer and retailer of modern furniture, will be introducing Roll & Hill, the New York based contemporary lighting company. They will be showcasing the Agnes chandelier, designed by Lindsey Adelman alongside the Counterweigh pendant light by Fort Standard. Moreover, Julian Chichester’s contemporary pieces draw inspiration from traditional designs. This year, he introduces the lime green organic faceted glass Tassia lamp.

Inspired by this year’s theme of The Georgians, an original entrance walkway, seen through the eyes of design celebrities and exhibitors, will reinterpret eight contemporary scenes from Hogarth’s A Rake’s Progress. Also on display will be In The Making, four working feature installations, which highlight the skill and craftsmanship behind leading brands.
