25hours Hotels names Director of Hotel Operations

25hours Hotel Company has announced the appointment of Bart Felix as Director of Hotel Operations. The native Dutchman will be responsible for the operative business of the group’s 13 hotels, as well as the development of strategies and standards for existing and new properties worldwide. The basis of Felix’s work is continuous communication and close interaction with all general managers.

“I am looking forward to this new challenge at 25hours Hotels,” says Bart. “With this young and dynamic hotel brand, I can ideally combine my structural hotel knowledge with my innovative and emotional gastronomic expertise and advance them together with my colleagues.”

Managing Director, Michael End adds: “We have gained an experienced colleague in Bart who is constantly on the lookout for ways to improve the product and guest experience.”

After various professional positions at Intercontinental Hotels Group and Hilton Worldwide, the former General Manager most recently spent six years as Managing Partner at Tellerrand Consulting in Hamburg, where he was primarily responsible for HR Development, Finance and Business Strategy and Development. The hotel and gastronomy specialist was also responsible for the conception and opening of new restaurants.
