Italian interiors and design collective B&B Italia Group has named Armin Broger its new CEO, with current CEO Giorgio Busnelli transitioning to the role of President.

In his new position, Broger will work on deploying a growth strategy with the aim of evolving the company’s global footprint whilst building a portfolio that includes brands such as B&B Italia, Maxalto and, since 2016, Arclinea.

Broger, 56, boasts a successful track record in building brands and leading strategic transformations. He previously held top executive roles as CEO of Dutch McGregor Fashion group, President EMEA of Levi Strauss&Co – where he worked on the premium repositioning of the brand – COO of Tommy Hilfiger Europe, General Manager of Diesel. Broger’s early career includes consultancy work at Bain & Company and family entertainment at The Walt Disney Company.
