Ema. has announced additions to its leadership team as a result of growing demand in the Middle East and Asia.

Founders Tim Etherington and Iain McLaughlin have welcomed Josh Mason and Monica Twarowski to the practice as Design Directors. The duo will partner with established team members Tanya Jones, Louise Inness and Eugen Hillerman.

“This is a pivotal development in our growth as a business as we strengthen our leadership team and our relationship and commitment to our clients in the region and beyond,” say the studio. “The market is buoyant and as a result, we have made significant senior hirers that will enable the firm to strengthen its expertise and thought leadership service offer to the market.”

Ema. is currently working with global hotel operators such as Accor, Marriott International, Hyatt, Mandarin Oriental, Rotana and Nobu Hospitality.
