Art consultancy firm Kalisher has created a 100-foot-tall, hand-painted flamingo mural for the exterior of the dual brand Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites Miami Dolphin Mall.

Stretching across the top eight stories of the building, Kalisher’s studio artists created the image in the consultancy’s North Carolina headquarters, before a team of painters worked for two weeks from a suspended scaffold to add the piece to the building. The result is a colourful and vibrant interpretation of Florida’s signature wildlife.

“The flamingo is part of the neighbourhood,” comments Jesse Kalisher, CEO and President of Kalisher. “Miami has a distinct style and flair and the flamingo fits right in.”
