Loge announces senior appointments

Lifestyle hospitality brand Loge has announced two appointments within its senior team.

Ian McClendon has been promoted to Director of Operations, while Lindsay Wolff Logsdon will now take on the role of Chief Culture Officer.

In this new position, McClendon will lead the team delivering the Loge experience to all guests at the community-oriented hospitality concept. He joined the company in 2019 and previously held the position of Regional Manager.

McClendon will also oversee and develop the skills of general managers at each of Loge’s six locations to drive guest satisfaction, crew member engagement and to help the team navigate the challenges posed by the pandemic. He will be tasked with revenue management, product marketing and IT infrastructure too.

Meanwhile, Wolff Logsdon’s new role as Chief Culture Officer will see her lead the company’s People, Brand and Communications functions.

After joining Loge as VP of People in January 2019, she will build the brand internally through the crew member experience and people programme oversight, and externally through the company’s brand marketing and communications efforts. As Chief Culture Officer, Wolff-Logsdon will also drive brand fidelity throughout all touchpoints of the Loge experience, including creative, design, copy, brand programming and overall guest services.

Wolff Logsdon will sit alongside McClendon on the Loge leadership team, where the pair will help to create the company’s growth strategy, product development and experience design process.

“The elevation of Ian and Lindsay into these roles is incredibly exciting as it represents our continued commitment to building on the foundation of the people and culture that have become synonymous with the Loge experience our customers have come to love,” comments CEO Johannes Ariens.
