Rosewood Hotels & Resorts announces new Regional Vice President
Vincent Billiard has been named as the new Regional Vice President of Central and North Europe for Rosewood Hotels & Resorts.
Poised to support the brand’s expansion into Europe, Billiard will hold the position in addition to his role as Managing Director of Hôtel de Crillon, A Rosewood Hotel. He will supervise Rosewood hotels across Paris, London, Munich and Vienna, as well as two openings planned for Amsterdam and Schloss Fuschl in 2024.

Originally from Paris, Billiard graduated from the EHL Hospitality Business School before joining The Ritz-Carlton in 2003. He was appointed as General Manager of Hôtel de Crillon, A Rosewood Hotel, in January 2020.
