Wilson Associates welcomes new Design Manager to LA studio

Interior architecture and design firm Wilson Associates has announced the appointment of Danielle Hirsch as Design Manager for its Los Angeles studio. Leveraging over 30 years of experience in hospitality interiors and a deeply rooted passion for the design practice, Hirsch brings with her an intuitive talent for storytelling and a curated vision for intelligent design.

“Danielle’s unique background, coupled with her team-oriented approach to authentic design, is an exciting addition to our Los Angeles-based team,” says Beth Campbell, CEO of Wilson Associates. “As our firm continues to navigate the evolving hospitality landscape, we are thrilled to bring Danielle’s colourful perspective to our ongoing work in North America, and we look forward to seeing her spaces come to life.”

Hirsch joins to the Los Angeles studio, overseen by Darrell Long, Regional Managing Director and Design Principal (Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Dallas), from Hirsch Bedner & Associates, where she began her career in the hospitality industry. Studying under her mentor Howard Hirsch, she developed an ability to create dynamic narratives for space, cleverly marrying moments of tension and discovery. With each project, Hirsch strived to listen as much as she spoke – enabling her to move ahead with a bespoke scheme that resonated with the client throughout each step of the design process. Despite technological advances, she continues to embrace a strategy that relies on investigation, client identity, narrative, dialogue and collaboration.

“I have always been inspired by Beth Campbell’s commitment to legacy and people, as well as her ability to reinvent the future of the hospitality environment,” says Hirsch of her new role. “I am honoured by the opportunity to play a role in of the growing firm’s commitment to craftsmanship, and I am excited to bring passion and purpose to each of my projects with Wilson Associates.”
