For the new Edition Four collection, designer Paul Smith revisits a patchwork colour scheme that he previously used in designing a unique version of the Land Rover Defender. The 27-colour palette has now inspired the Type 75 lighting collection, created for Anglepoise by famed product designer, Sir Kenneth Grange.

Deep earthy burgundy, leaden grey, sky blue, dappled green and rich clay are some of the colours used in the products to channel the shades of the British countryside. A splash of fluorescent yellow also adds Paul Smith’s signature colourful touch to the range.

The collection comprises a Type 75 desk lamp in standard and mini sizes and, included for the first time in the Anglepoise and Paul Smith collection, a Type 75 floor lamp.
