Artelia Hospitalty brings together the global expertise of the Artelia Group, offering hospitality clients the depth of its knowledge and experience on a fully integrated and international scale.

The division currently offers a range of skills and expertise in the areas of Project Management, Quantity Surveying and Construction Management experience in the UK, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Middle East, South Africa, North Africa and South East Asia. Clients include blue chip operators such as Accor, Hilton, IHG, Starwood, Arora International, Hyatt and Whitbread as well as local investors and developers.

Recent and current projects in the UK include the O2 Intercontinental Hotel, Sanderson, St Martins Lane, Sheraton Heathrow and Premier Inn Holborn. European projects include Concorde Opera, Hilton Paris, Le Crillon and Melia Paris.

Artelia Hospitality is led by Selvam Madi, Director of Batiment & Industrie, based in France and Matthieu Bonnet, Regional Director of South East Asia, based in Vietnam. Both individuals have vast experience and knowledge in the hospitality sector.
