Grohe wins Red Dot: Brand of the Year award

Grohe has been named Red Dot’s Brand of the Year, beating a total of 8,697 entries to the 2019 title. The accolade was awarded to the German sanitary brand by a panel of experts, who praised its design quality and the representation of its values across different channels.

“We are delighted about the award. It is an appreciation of the Grohe brand and its employees across more than 150 countries who represent a consistent brand experience,” says Thomas Fuhr, CEO of Grohe AG. “It also recognises the new path we took to emotionally charge the Grohe brand and its products in a holistic context, which gives it relevance way beyond the sanitary industry.”

The trophy will be awarded on the 1 November at the Red Dot Gala by Professor Dr. Peter Zec, the award’s founder and CEO, who comments: “The laureate’s leading position in brand communication is proof of their success in conveying a consistent brand image. I wish to congratulate the deserved laureates on their excellent performance and I look forward to handing over their trophy.”
