Hansgrohe has launched the Croma 280 overhead shower, an expansion of one of the its bestselling lines designed by longstanding partner Phoenix Design.

Comprising precise shapes and clean lines, the 280mm spray disc is generously size and constructed from durable metal. Thanks to air-enriched water drops, the spray splashes less than conventional shower jets, and the model is available for ceiling or wall installation. Users can also opt for models equipped with Hansgrohe EcoSmart water-saving technology, which uses only about nine litres per minute, or roughly half the water expended by those without.

“Customer feedback shows that the trend towards extra-large shower heads and all-in-one shower systems, like our convenient shower pipes, is still going strong,” explains Jan Heisterhagen, Vice President Product Management, Hansgrohe SE. “With the Croma 280 shower head range we’re expanding one of our bestselling lines at an attractive price/performance ratio.”

The Croma Select 280 shower pipe, meanwhile, combines all components in a single system: overhead shower, hand shower, shower holder, thermostat and hose. The shower pipe incorporates high-quality materials and is easy to clean, whilst the horizontal shower arm can be used to swivel the head to the desired position. Further, as an addition to the overhead rain shower, the Croma Select S Multi hand shower offers flexibility with three spray modes.
