Laufen launches Base collection
Laufen, the premium brand under the Roca umbrella, has launched a new collection of bathroom furniture to provide efficient storage solutions.
The Swiss brand’s Base collection is designed in six standard ceramic finishes, with a range of colour options including light and dark wood veneer. The set’s three-dimensional wood-like structure creates surfaces that give the appearance of real wood, bringing warmth to bathroom spaces.
Practicality is a key consideration in the series, with impact and scratch resistant surfaces that are splash proof and easy to clean. An internal drawer compartment, unique to Laufen, is included in transparent plastic and sits in the top drawer of the vanity units.
Base comprises vanity units for the Val and Laufen Pro S collections, together with prefabricated Pro S slim washbasin packs. Coordinated pieces are fitted with narrow handles in aluminium, while vanity units for the Pro S slim washbasins are finished flush with the front of the furniture, and come without handles for soft close drawers.
Matching medium and tall cabinets are available for all versions at 335mm deep, while Laufen offers the single door tall cabinet in a bespoke width between 250-450mm, and up to a maximum height of 1650mm.
Additional features in the Base range include open-sided free-hanging mirror cabinets with two trays and mirror surfaces, which are available in four sizes and coordinated to the washbasin widths.
