Longden Doors celebrates its 175th anniversary with new product launch
Established in 1838 in Sheffield, Longden has won many prestigious contracts including Sheffield City Hall, Inverness Castle, and Celtic Manor Golf Club, thanks to its striking doorsets.
The brand’s new products and designs include the Weybridge, which features circular mid-rails, and the Hepplewhite – a new flat panel design that offers the stunning features of a traditional panelled door, with a contemporary twist.
“I am extremely proud to say that we are still manufacturing exceptionally high quality solid timber doorsets, here in Sheffield, since the very first record of Longden’s dating back to 1848,” said Director Richard Bertram.
“By combining time-honoured skills with modern techniques, Longden can provide specifiers with a large range of beautiful handmade doorsets that meet demanding performance standards, as well as offering our expertise throughout all stages of the specification process.”
