Point reveals Curio outdoor furniture collection
Point has unveiled its new outdoor collection Curio, designed by Patrick Norguet.
Inspired by the concept of ‘curiosities’ – the unique and fascinating objects that always arouse interest – Curio evokes an aesthetic that fuses art, geometry and history, presenting as a contemporary ode to craftsmanship, where each piece embodies a sculptural and monumental presence.

The authenticity of the design is revealed in each of its details – its stylised aluminium frame, slim legs ending in a subtle, flared base and a generous rope backrest that nestles the user in a radical and protective architecture, offering a sense of security and comfort.
“Curio is an invitation to discover the extraordinary in the everyday; each piece is intended as a tribute to curiosity and the unexpected beauty that comes from exploring new forms,” explains Norguet.

Known for his innovative approach, Norguet’s work explores materials and forms imbued with energy and narrative. Curio exemplifies his philosophy, blending functionality and artistic audacity to create pieces that are both inviting and visually striking.
The collection’s enveloping backrest and sculptural lines reflect a deep understanding of ergonomics and aesthetics, ensuring that every piece offers comfort while making a bold statement in any outdoor setting.
Norguet adds: “Through Curio, I sought to create designs that combine technique, history, and storytelling, while maintaining a focus on elegance and craftsmanship.”
