Rubelli reveals new Rubelli Casa additions

The Rubelli Group has launched a series of new pieces within its Rubelli Casa collection, featuring designs by Studio Rubelli alongside the Cinecitta range by architect Marco Pica, which takes inspiration from the film world.

Harking back to the 1950s and drawing influence from mid-century aesthetics, the new Studio Rubelli pieces reference existing designs by Lica Scacchetti. Dadamaino is a thin, avant-garde bench with tapering legs and trapezoidal, fabric-covered base, whilst the Triennale sofa combines a floating structure on which rests a large quilted cushion, and is available as a lounge chair model.

Piva’s designs include the Rossellini coffee table, inspired by its namesakes and Italian film legends Roberto and Isabella Rossellini, the trio of tables combines graphic lines and rounded forms. Likewise, the Anita armchair, influenced by Anita Ekberg and her role in Dolce Vita, features a tall back and armrests that flow into each other, and contrasts the strength of the wood and the softness of the armchair.
