Stepevi’s Istanbul-inspired Spring
Contemporary rug company Stepevi presents Spring, a new collection comprising of nine modern rug designs.
Inspired by springtime in Istanbul, the collection reflects the natural world with a palette of soft colour tones, ranging from light shades of blue and green to grey and beige.
Created with different combinations of linen, viscose and wool yarns, the rugs are tactile, utilising a range of surface thicknesses and densities.
Spring features a range of innovative designs including Microchip, a feature with graphic elements and motifs resembling a mosaic composition. Meanwhile, Crossover is inspired by daily life on the Bosphorus.
Built upon a foundation of creativity and desire to bring rugs to the forefront of interior design, Stepevi combines traditional rug making techniques with new technology for innovative customisation.
