Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia at Comcast Centre have announced the upcoming debut of its new Sky Garden floor, set to open in December 2025.

Designed by 1508 London, the project introduces a reimagined experience that builds on the hotel’s prestigious positioning as a beacon of luxury in the city. The Sky Garden floor honours the hotel’s original vision of Norman Foster’s iconic architectural elements with bespoke design details to create an intimate, residential-style experience for guests.

Located on the hotel’s 45th level, the Sky Garden floor will feature a mix of accommodations: four standard guestrooms, two one-bedroom suites, one two-bedroom suite and a two-bedroom penthouse.

Local artistic expressions and a sophisticated colour palette enhance the sweeping city views, while soft geometric patterns, natural wood panelling and heritage-inspired artwork extend the ambiance into the lobby and communal areas.

Throughout the design, 1508 London employs thoughtful materials – such as glazed walls and mirrored ceilings – to create a seamless connection between the interior and cityscape.

“Through this project, we sought to honour the building’s original architecture while infusing it with the artistic character of Philadelphia,” comments Hamish Brown, Partner at 1508 London. “Our design blends luxurious materials and bespoke furniture, creating spaces that invite guests to indulge in comfort and sophistication.”

The two-bedroom Sky Terrace Suite and the Sky Terrace Penthouse also enjoy exclusive access to private outdoor spaces. Designed with extended stays in mind, these accommodations offer residential-style amenities such as a butler’s pantry and expansive kitchen, in-suite washer and dryer and a spacious living room ideal for both relaxing and entertaining. The Sky Terrace Penthouse also features a private gym and a curated wine cellar, overseen by Food and Beverage Director Damien Beguin.

These amenities will immerse guests in a world of rare privileges designed to complement the suites’ refined aesthetic and exclusivity.

Furthermore, guests will enjoy personalised services, including access to the floor’s spa treatment room, and a range of custom offerings crafted to ensure their stay is nothing short of extraordinary.

“With the debut of the Sky Garden floor, we are not only enhancing our physical space but reaffirming our commitment to the intuitive service that defines the Four Seasons experience,” says Cornelia Samara, General Manager and Regional Vice President of Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia at Comcast Centre.

“This milestone reflects the passion and craftsmanship of our incredible team, whose dedication sets a new benchmark for hospitality in the region and continues to elevate what it means to stay with Four Seasons in Philadelphia.”
