Globally renowned developer SuperCasa has announced its first 5-star hotel to be located on a 75,000 ft² plot on Al Marjan Island, Ras al Khaimah, UAE.

The hotel will have 320 beach-facing guestrooms, two fine dining restaurants, two casual restaurants, a pool, spa and gym facilities. Construction is scheduled to start in 2016, to be completed by the end of 2018.

The announcement comes at a time when the 2018 Vision of Ras Al-Khaimah Tourism Development Authority has chalked out an ambitious plan to attract one million visitors to Ras Al-Khaimah by the end of 2018.
