The Grand Saddles Lodge is set to open its doors in Q3 2026 at Mount White, New South Wales.
Conceived by entrepreneur John Singleton, The Grand Saddles Lodge is an intimate retreat bringing together 20 private villas, fine dining, an elegant piano bar and a restorative day spa.
Set opposite the restaurant The Homestead at Saddles, The Lodge builds on the success of Saddles Mount White, marking the next evolution of the precinct, expanding it into a destination where guests can stay, dine, celebrate and reconnect with nature.

Designed by Michelle Leslie alongside White + Dickson Architects, The Lodge offers a sense of escape, which begins as guests make their way along the winding driveway through native bushland before arriving at The Lodge. Here, a glass-domed entrance opens into interiors featuring sandstone, spotted gum, warm brass and locally crafted furnishings, with a colour palette inspired by the colours and textures of the surrounding landscape.
Hidden among the trees, The Lodge’s villas have been conceived as peaceful retreats showcasing the work of local craftspeople and artists from the Central Coast. Each villa features separate living spaces, an open fireplace, private terrace and plunge pool, while a communal infinity pool and pool bar overlook the surrounding bushland.

Recalling the elegance of the world’s great hotel bars while embracing the relaxed character of the Central Coast, Ned’s unfolds as an intimate Art Deco-inspired piano bar, anchored by a grand piano.
Meanwhile, the Spa at The Grand Saddles Lodge features five treatment rooms, traditional and infrared saunas, ice baths and Australian treatments inspired by native botanicals.
The Grand Saddles Lodge forms part of the wider Saddles precinct, joining the Saddles restaurant, The Homestead, alongside The Barn and The Caravan. Together they offer a collection of places to stay, dine and celebrate, all grounded in the landscape and character of Mount White.
