Avani reveals third Dubai property

Avani Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of Avani Hotel Suites & Branded Residences, marking the third Avani property in Dubai.

Overlooking the Palm Jumeirah and adjacent to Dubai Marina, the 48-storey mixed-use newbuild will comprise a total of 527 keys –263 Avani Residences and 264 serviced apartments – in addition to a gym, all-day restaurant, casual dining outlet and a bar connected to the swimming pool. Designed by multinational studio Aecom, the suites offer floor-to-ceiling windows, interactive living technology and private terraces. Spaces range from 45m² studios to 180m² three-bedroom units, with the wider development seeking to cater to a mixture of leisure, corporate and extended stay guests.

Launched by Minor Hotels in 2011, Avani Hotels & Resorts is billed an upscale, contemporary brand appealing to millennial minded travellers. The brand currently owns 23 properties in locations including Thailand, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, Malaysia, the Seychelles, the UAE, Portugal, with the most recent hotel openings landing in Australia, New Zealand and Laos.
