Chapitre Six, a collection of independently owned hotels across France founded by Nicholas Saltiel, has officially announced its arrival in Courchevel 1850 with the opening of Bourbon Hotel on 18 December 2026.

Nestled in the Golden Triangle, the hideaway features 28 guestrooms and three suites, as well as direct ski-in, ski-out access to Les Trois Vallées.
Breaking away from traditional alpine chalet aesthetics, Bourbon Hotel is designed by the Parisian Studio Henry, with moody, retro interiors channeling the exclusive feel of a private London club.

Conceived as an aristocrat’s alpine retreat, the space pairs rich velvets and dark woods with low lighting and deep armchairs. Distinct artistic direction by Paris-based Pierre-Alexis Guinet infuses every corner with flair, framing striking, panoramic mountain views through floor-to-ceiling glass.

The hotel will also feature a vinyl bar, a spa and a Mediterranean-inspired restaurant led by Michelin-starred chef Simone Zanoni.
A subterranean spa, enveloped in natural stone and onyx, completes the offer, featuring a tranquil indoor pool, sauna and hammam.
