Greek luxury lifestyle brand Domes has unveiled the latest addition to its portfolio with the debut of Neema Maison Finikia Santorini in July 2025.
The launch is the first opening for Finds, Domes’ fifth sub-brand, which offers a curated collection of boutique resorts, each with a unique creative concept that informs all aspects of the hotel, from design details to cuisine and cultural programming.
Carved into the volcanic stone that characterises the island, Neema takes inspiration from a fashion atelier created by Greek architecture agency Urban Soul Project.
With its name inspired by the ancient Greek word for ‘thread’, the adults-only property evokes a fashion boutique, featuring hand-picked fashion displays in the reception, contemporary interiors with whitewashed walls and soft red pops of colour, alongside vanity lights and bespoke furniture in vivid upholstery.
Within the 16 sea-view suites, traditional elegance and expressive design-driven architecture are combined provide a contrasting island escape, with fully equipped kitchens to facilitate extended stays. While three premium suites feature in-room hot tubs, the outdoor pool area is equipped with relaxing sun beds and a communal table for sunset socialising.
Domes’ luxury resort-wear boutique is a natural evolution from Neema, showcasing the latest in island living from local designers and independent artisans; this concept is at the heart of the hotel’s design to create a space that celebrates line, form and movement. The colour palette also defines the character of the hotel, with a red hue punctuating textured neutrals.
Situated on the more tranquil side of the island in the village of Finikia on the northern side of Santorini, the boutique hotel offers guests a cultural escape amongst the family-run cafes, wine cellars and olive presses, complementing the onsite offerings including Antonino’s, Domes’ new Italian restaurant concept and pool bar, and daily outdoor yoga and Pilates sessions on the terrace.
Neema Maison Finikia Santorini marks the second Domes resort on the Greek island following the success of Domes Novos Santorini, a family-focused retreat near the island’s north-western coastline which opened in 2024.
The Finds portfolio will continue to grow with the introduction of Agali Hotel in Paxos, which has been operated by Domes for the past two years but officially joins the Finds portfolio this summer season.
