Ocean Drive Seville will open its doors in April 2024, becoming the city’s first addition to Design Hotels’ boutique hotel directory.

The 49-bedroom hotel is located in the Encarnación district, the historic centre of Seville, adjacent to the plaza of the infamous Las Setas structure.

The hotel’s design combines the timeless essence of Seville with a contemporary touch of accessible sophistication, alongside Andalusian charm and Mediterranean elegance. The Mudejar design style nods to traditional Sevillian design principles whilst light timbers and a bright, playful colour palette speak to the property’s coastal context. Public areas comprise an open-plan bar lobby that leads to the restaurant, serving up a changing menu of local cuisine, as well as a convertible meeting room and co-working space.

The property comprises rooms in Superior, Deluxe and Suite formats, all of which have access to a private balcony or an expansive terrace of up to 27m². Guest suites feature floor-to-ceiling windows with concealed sliding blinds, plus curated furniture pieces like the Eames LCW chair.

OD Hotels owns six hotels in various locations across the Mediterranean – Ibiza (Ocean Drive Ibiza, Ocean Drive Talamanca and Can Jaume by Ocean Drive), Barcelona (Ocean Drive Barcelona) and Madrid (Ocean Drive Madrid), with Ocean Drive Seville being the sixth addition to its portfolio.
