Kerzner International has given a first look at SIRO Boka Place, the first outpost of its fitness-focused brand to open in Europe. 

Slated for Spring 2025, the new opening will be located in Montenegro within the marina at Porto Montenegro in Boka Bay. Accomodation takes the form of 96 guestrooms and 144 residences, while wellness-based amenities include fitness and recovery labs, padel and tennis courts, and a 25m pool situated under a retractable rooftop for year-round use. 

Each guestroom has been designed to exude tranquility, promote deep sleep and support optimal recovery through minimalist decor and integrated technologies: from temperature-controlled beds to soundproofing and blackout curtains. 

Kerzner’s new hospitality concept, SIRO, is built entirely upon a wellbeing-first philosophy that combines revitalising and transformative experiences with sleep, fitness and recovery-focused spaces to support and nourish guests throughout their stay.
