Four Seasons Resort Maui is set to enter its next chapter in 2026 as a year-long programme of renovations works gets underway.
The resort’s evolution, led by New York-based design firm Meyer Davis, is guided by a deep respect for Maui’s people, stories and natural beauty, reinterpreted through the lens of world-class design and modern refinement.
Each enhancement will debut throughout 2026 with purpose and a deep sense of place, culminating in a Resort experience that feels both elevated and unmistakably rooted in the destination.
Forthcoming resort updates include refreshed guestrooms and suites envisioned through a modern Hawaiian luxury lens, bespoke new pool cabanas and the introduction of a serene new immersive cultural sanctuary.

Leading the resort’s transformation, the exclusive-access Club Floor will debut in Q1 with all 26 rooms, suites and the signature Club Lounge refreshed with a brighter, contemporary expression of comfort, elegance, and privacy, grounded in the personalised service that defines the Club experience.
The Queen’s Garden, scheduled for Q2, is envisioned as a tribute to Queen Liliʻuokalani, Hawaiʻi’s last reigning monarch. The Resort’s interior courtyard will emerge as an immersive cultural sanctuary grounded in reverence, education and authentic storytelling led by Director of Hawaiian Programs Aunty Mopsie Tuivaioge and Director of Grounds and Landscaping Uncle Kevin Gavagan.
In Q3, a new Spa and Wellness Centre will be unveiled, inspired by the island’s healing waters, and offering transformative experiences anchored by an aqua-thermal journey, thoughtfully crafted treatments and spaces that invite deep personal renewal. The new spa relaxation room and infrared fitness studio extend the concept of elemental flow, blending light, heat and calming natural textures to create spaces that ease the transition into wellness.

Furthermore, Pantry Maui by Madhappy will open as the new gourmet shop and café, offering specialty coffee, pastries, ready-made bites, curated essentials and Maui-exclusive pantry gear in a fresh, design-forward space.
Finally, Q4 will see the debut of Four Seasons Resort Maui’s refreshed signature guestrooms, embracing a lighter, modern interpretation of Hawaiian luxury, including soft coastal tones that evoke the ocean breeze.
