Co-owner of Palmira LLC, Sergey Tarasov said: “This hotel, boasting state of the art facilities in a prime airport location, is just what guests’ need.” Co-owner Boris Minakhi added: “We are anticipating high demand as tourism and business travel in Russia continues to rise. We are looking forward to opening the hotel’s doors in 2017.”

The signing comes just months before Russia’s first Holiday Inn Express hotel is due to open – Holiday Inn Express Voronezh.
