Kimpton Rowan Palm Springs to open in October

This November, the city of Palm Springs, Southern California, will see the official launch of its revamped Downtown district, following a revitalisation project that has taken more than a decade in planning.
As part of the multimillion dollar development project, Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants will launch Kimpton Rowan Palm Springs, a 153-key hotel that blends luxury urban design with influences drawn from the city’s mid-century modern elements.
Overseen by Grit Development, and marking the first newbuild project in the city for a number of years, the 7-storey Kimpton Rowan Palm Springs features a rooftop swimming pool, expansive views of the region’s desert oasis, and a 4 Saints Restaurant.
