Le Swiss Night by Fassbind, a 51-room boutique hotel by the Fassbind Group, has opened in Zurich following a refurbishment by Studio MHNA.
The former coaching inn, one of the oldest hotels in the city, has been completely renovated by interior designers Marc Hertrich and Nicolas Adnet, who called on local Swiss artisans to create a hub for local folklore.
Echoing traditions of the country’s pastures and paper art of the Pays d’Enhaut, Hertrich and Adnet’s design choices reference local products including milk and cheese, and encompass a colour palette that symbolically represents Switzerland.
The opening adds to the collection of Swiss Experience hotels that the duo has been developing with the Fassbind Group, which includes the Swiss Wine and Swiss Night in Lausanne.
