LeBlanc + Smith brings The Chloe to Nashville
New Orleans-based hospitality group LeBlanc + Smith has expanded its portfolio with the opening of The Chloe Nashville.
Set within two restored 1920s Craftsman cottages — once home to Asylum Records and Spirit Music, where artists like Joni Mitchell and Bob Dyland recorded — the boutique bolthole comprises 19 guestrooms and suites, an all-day restaurant, three distinct bars, an outdoor pool and verdant gardens.

Acclaimed New Orleans–based designer Sara Costello salvaged and highlighted original elements of the property, including antique windows, fireplaces and brick flooring, pairing them with contemporary Nashville art and design. Meanwhile, Nashville designer Alyssa Spyridon helped shape the aesthetic, sourcing furnishings, decor, lighting and art from local antique dealers and showrooms, with vintage hand-knotted rugs layered throughout the public spaces. The hotel’s signature spirit animal, the coyote, appears throughout the property in guestroom ceramics, wall murals and custom carpets.
Helmed by chef Matt Regan, the hotel restaurant celebrates Gulf Coast seafood with thoughtful nods to Eastern Tennessee’s heritage. The bar programme, which is led by Jason Sorbet, features both classic cocktails and inventive riffs, many showcasing the finest Tennessee whiskeys.

The hotels serves as a lobby for its Hillsboro Village and Nashville residents and a home-away-from-home for its guests. Dynamic programming, including fireside chats, artist pop-ups, live music performances and creative workshops, will be rolled out for both locals and guests.
