Redefining the city’s skyline, it integrates advanced energy-efficient technologies, setting a new standard for sustainable urban design. The property is complete with a rooftop helipad for seamless arrivals.
The property will also unveil Dubai’s first-ever Mandarin Oriental branded residences, with 224 available for lease.
