MarBella Elix, the third hotel in the MarBella Collection portfolio, is set to open in April 2021.

Located above Karavostasi Beach in the Parga region – a previously undiscovered area of Greece – the 146-key hotel is the brand’s first property outside of Corfu.

MarBella Elix offers 13 different room types – each with a balcony providing uninterrupted views of the Ionian sea – while some rooms feature 25-30 square metre private pools or swim-up entry. Guestrooms are furnished with luxury amenities such as premium ultra-soft bedding, organic toiletries and a flat-screen TV.

The food and beverage offering comprises three restaurants and three bars. The choice ranges from modern Mediterranean dining at Saffron Main Restaurant to healthy, light bites beside the pool or Indigo Beach Restaurant. The exclusive dine out programme allows those on the Ultra-All Inclusive package to enjoy dinner at a selected local restaurant during their stay.

The hotel’s setting within nature presents opportunities for guests to enjoy the environment, from hiking in the hills to cycling through the countryside. The beach immediately below the hotel and reached via funicular or steps will offer luxury beach service with sun beds, umbrellas and towels alongside a selection of non-motorised water sports including SUP, kayaks and pedalos.

In addition to a large infinity freshwater pool, the hotel will also offer sporting facilities and a fitness studio alongside the MarBella Elix Wellness Centre, offering natural spa therapies.

The MarBella Collection – a member of Small Luxury Hotels – will open MarBella Elix following a successful year implementing their TUV-accredited, ‘We Care Health & Safety Protocol’ at sister property, MarBella Corfu.
