Native Places announces The Apartment Collection launch

UK lifestyle aparthotel brand Native Places has launched The Apartment Collection, a selection of fully-equipped apartments in a range of London neighbourhoods.

The Apartment Collection has initially launched with 187 apartments at 11 properties across London neighbourhoods including Marylebone, Regent’s Park and Waterloo. Providing self-contained, fully furnished apartments, the new collection aims to offer space for those who require more than just a hotel room, but who are also seeking flexibility and independence in central London locations.

The new properties include studios averaging 450ft², as well as 600ft² one-bedroom apartments and 750ft² two-bedroom apartments, with additional housekeeping and laundry services. Tapping into natural and warm aesthetics, the apartments each include a fully-equipped kitchen and dining space, while a dedicated desk space and wi-fi can facilitate work if needed.

Flagship properties in the collection include The Marlo, comprising 31 design-led apartments available in the heart of Marylebone, and Verso, which finds home in Southwark and boasts a minimal-modern aesthetic. “The launch of our exciting new brand, The Apartment Collection, demonstrates our vision for Native Places to be recognised as the leading lifestyle long-stay brand in the UK,” says Olivia Immesi, Managing Director. “We are committed to providing interesting places to stay in the heart of lively local communities for those who require freedom and flexibility.

“What drives our ambition is the needs and requirements of our long stay guests.  We recognise that those staying in a city for longer to work or to attend conferences still want to play, explore and entertain hence why we place such a precedence on our apartments being located in the heart of community neighbourhoods.”

With an ambitious growth plan, the focus for The Apartment Collection is to continue its expansion in London, with aims to open an additional four properties by 2025.
